La cápsula interna atraviesa los ganglios basales, de eso no hay duda. Pero para mi "ganglios" significa "núcleos", no me suena que forme parte de los ganglios basales. Yo no diría que pertenece a los ganglios basales sólo porque pase por allí. Tampoco estoy diciendo que la opción sea incorrecta, pero no lo veo del todo claro.
